MK2866 liquid Sarm

Just started this stuff and its been great for the first few days. I am dosing 25mgs but I am having trouble ingesting. Many places I read your suppose to hold under your tongue for 30 second than swallow. Can I just swallow this stuff or is it necessary I hold under my tongue? Thanks guys!

Where did you read that? Just swallow the ****.

Or mix it in some water and drink.
