I'm not a expert on biology or neuroscience or endocrinology, I'd like to think I'm just smart enough not to hurt myself lol. But from the recent reading I've been doing this is what I've kind of come up with and I am by no means saying this is correct, it's just what appears to make sense to me.
HGH has lots of receptors in the brain. From my understanding, 677 doesn't attach to growth hormone receptors in the brain, it only attaches to secrtagogue receptors which act on ghrelin and basically make you hungry, give you fluctuations in energy levels (make you tired and some ppl it does the opposite and disrupt sleep at night) it raise HGH levels naturally and then you get a little bit of increased igf-1. The increased igf-1 levels are way more important than the increase in human growth hormone levels when it comes to the results/effects we're looking for.
HGH acts on HGH receptors and directly raises igf-1
Now this leads me to believe that the reason 677 and actual HGH don't work the same is because of what I said above.
777 appears to act on the HGH receptors and directly raises igf-1. How much I don't know, but I believe it should have more actual HGH effects.
I'm about to go into a cruise/mini cycle with a little bit of testosterone, primo and HGH. Once I finish that phase I wouldn't mind swapping out the HGH for 777 and seeing what changes take place. I did that over the summer with the 677, and when I dropped the HGH for mk, I didn't feel any different but after a month I looked more puffy, less defined, swapped it back to HGH at 5 units every other day and within a month I looked bigger and leaner and noticed my pumps in the gym were like 10 times better. Leaving the gym looking pumped up and staying that way for the remainder of the day which doesn't happen with 677.
I'm aware that these observations are basically just my observations and I am just a sample size of one.
But at least I got some kind of guideline to base it off of, I don't think it would hurt to give it a shot. At bare minimum I can see what the difference is in a 30-day period with all the variables matching up
