i found some bottles of mk-7 being clearanced out at krogers today for $1.88 a bottle, knowing that it is usually much more expensive i snagged 5 bottles...been doing some research and was overwhelmed by the many benefits of vitamin k2-mk-7!!!

being a somewhat older guy who is still very active, i will be making mk-7/vit d/calcium staples!!! the benefits are pretty amazing, do some research and see for yourself!!!

It really is. Good find!

the mk-7 i got is jarrow formulas vitamin-k2 as mk-7....90 mcg per cap-60 caps, going to take 2 a day!!!

Great find. I personally lean toward K2 MK4 as there seems to be more research using this form and I believe this is one of the "active" forms in the body. However, MK7 does have a much longer half life in the body and is converted to MK4 when needed. Will yield to the opinions of others but hypothesizing that if one does not want to take MK4 in larger doses multiple times per day, then MK7 in smaller amounts once a day, over time, will yield may if the desired benefits. My guess is that we probably need some amount of both in our diets. OP, thanks for the post!
