Mk 677

Dosed 25g a day of MK 677 for about 30 days. Suddenly, my fingers started getting numb, which I read was normal. The about a week later, I started waking up in agony. The same hand/finger/knuckle would be in pain. I immediately dropped the MK, but every night has been the same; I’d have to walk around to relieve the pain and sleep for an hour and repeat. It’s been like this for 7 days now.
Anyone experience this lingering effect to this degree?

It’s been switching sides (hand/finger/knuckle) throughout the night. My understanding is that maybe the excessive water could be the issue? But how long with water retention linger after dropping the MK?
Do I need to stop the rest of my cycle (NPP/test/Anavar/adex/tam)?

Carpal tunnel syndrome: This is the direct result of fluid retention around the tendons, joints, and connective tissue. Water retention in surrounding tissues around the nerves will cause these tissues to press against nerves in various key spots (often around joints). What results is carpal tunnel syndrome, if temporary. Also characterized by tingling or numbness in the extremities (hands and feet), especially when the user’s limbs are in folded positions for extended periods. In such a case, the extremities will often turn numb but feeling should slowly return after extending the limbs and moving them around, which is followed by tingling and then the return of feeling.

Proper water intake, sodium, and potassium on cycle is important. If any one says to limit those to help keep the water weight to a minim is wrong. I'd suggest getting some potassium pills and take 1-2 a day (adjust more if need). Id be a bit a lot more generous on sodium intake + water to. Start that for 2 days and adjust the potassium etc as needed and then continue for a week or two. Potassium up to 4,700 mg/day is fine.

If you ever start mk-677 back up; then just follow what I wrote and continue with that through the length of your cycle.
