Mk-677 whats the deal worth it or not? I heard the lab rats need to take it for at least 6 months? Also whats this stuff illegal in th US or not? searched with no luck

It's a growth hormone secretagogue that is designed to stimulate the pituitary gland to release growth hormones. So due to its nature it takes a while for the effects to kick. It's not illegal to my knowledge, it is considered a 'SARM' though (even tho it's not) so it's for research purposes only.

Yeah I dunno about the 6 months bit. I've had some major joint damage and issues keeping me out of the gym for a while and I recently started mk. Almost 1 month in and I've noticed a major improvement in my joint issues and my sleep. Man the sleep improvement is amazing. So I am personally feeling the hype but I've had some major health problems so perhaps it's more noticeable for me in the near term
