Mk-677 testicle pain

Alright guys, this has been my third time running MK-677 and every time I run it I have an aching pain in my left testicle. I ran three different companies, so the probability of it being "bunk" is still low. The only one I knew had something else in it was the second time (got a testosterone shutdown after 4 weeks in and I felt ultra depressive, had gyno and felt miserable because of the high estrogen..) Otherwise I ran the first one for 3-4 months without any sides beside the aching that would come and go in my left testicle... Any idea? Btw, I can't consult because I don't have a doctor and they don't deal with that **** at the hospital (need to be a life or death situation or you will wait 6 months) I am 22 years old but my left testicle is bigger than the other and it also feels like shes harder than the right one. I am just posting this here because I don't really have anyone that can give me some answer (beside a doc, but I don't have one..)
 
I would honestly go to the hospital to get a check up and dont mention the MK677 as it may or may not be related but needs investigating..i wouldnt ignore.

I already did last time and they didn't even want to check unless it was a torsion. I begged the doctor and he accepted and said it could be epididymitis, so I got a shot for it and he said I could go home. However I still had that aching many months after that and it seems to be way more frequent when I am on MK-677.. Then I asked my doctor to check (I had one at the time) and he said my left testicle was bigger than my right one but nothing more. I really need to get a doctor but here in Canada they are always taken and they refuses a ton of patients. :/
 
If it goes away when you stop running it, just don’t run it. If you can’t get it looked at then just don’t take any chances and don’t run it.

You just got a varicosele , this almost always happens on the left side . Boys get it producing GH and having high blood pressure . You probably already had it and its nothing to worry about . Vein busted and now ur blood flows the opposite direction into ur left kidney . No risk or anything , surgery is most likely unnecessary .
 
Could it be shut down. I’m on trt and if I don’t use hcg I get some pain for a few weeks. After a week back on hcg and it is better. ??
not sure but just throwing it out there
