MK 677 LOG

Subbed..Ran it for over 6 months at 20-25mg ED. It does offer some great benefits. Only stopped after reading about the potential brain detrimental effects of its chronic nature. My favourite thing about MK was the pumps I'd get. Skin splitting to the point where the lack of blood circulation would terminate a set rather than energy expenditure.

Regardless, the symptoms have always been the same: whether I take 10mg or 20mg morning or evening or both: the worst sleep ever.

What's weird is I feel drawsy 1h after ingesting the powder/pills, but unable to sleep.
Appetite may be slightly higher.

I can't comprehend how anyone get knocked out by MK and has good sleep.

Could those having a good sleep on this PM me the name of their source.

I'd say your sources are legit or additionally the couple sources I tried were also bunk. I highly doubt it though as I did experience some typical symptoms such as numb hands and increased appetite. Same extremely bitter taste you describe which needs to be washed down and chased if dosing powder raws. BTW I fall into the same group where sleep does not improve on MK.

Hi mate, glad all of your sources have been legit. Sorry to hear you are not sleeping well on it though. Very true that we all react so differently to things so a log can only vouch for my account and nobody else!

I get a great sleep, but I am sure if all of your MK sources are legit then simply changing brand will not improve sleep.

I have seen these studies also- but they seem somewhat inconclusive. The pump is great though you are right. Do you use other HGH products?
 
Day 18 MK-677 LOG- Friday 21st April

So I have suffered a horrible stomach bug yesterday, hell knows what from but woke up today and thankfully it has only lasted 24 hours. I Still look full even with a full day of depletion and minimal fluid intake.

I have no other changes to report at this moment, loving the improved skin because I am a vain jerk haha. No visible fat loss just yet.

Sleep is great, my neck is no longer in pain and have had no other joint pain. I hope all the sides stay away like everybody says they do after a couple of weeks. The initial doses are not fun and this stuff is a lot stronger than you may think.

I suggest starting at 10mg for 2 weeks, don't be an idiot starting at 30mg like me.
 
Day 21- My sleep routine is great but feeling very tired in the mornings, not complaining! It is nice to know I am well rested.

I have noticed for the first day in just under 3 weeks that I am SLIGHTLY leaner than a few days ago, if this reacts in my body the same way that HGH does; then I will get leaner by the day even on a bulking diet throughout the course.

My mood is very steady, not like I am on a high all the time but no lows either. I just feel level headed.

Ps- throwing in Liv 52s for the duration as I have failed to note before the past few days that MK-677 is a methylated product.

LIVs make me hungry as fark haha

What's the brain detrimental effects?? I stopped taking it before bc of bloat and made me feel a little weird and spaces out

Yeah well that sh-- made me feel weird the last time I tried it... Was a like a buzzing going on inside my head. And moonface was terrible. As bad as dbol and test

That sucks, what dose did you run it at? Just over 3 weeks in and my side effects have disappeared thankfully.

I was taking the Olympus brand when it first came out. I think they were either 10 or 12.5 mg caps. I went up to around 25-30 mg a day. After about 3 weeks I came off bc it was making me feel weird. I thought it was just me but now seeing this stuff about effects on the brain. No bueno lol
 
It does make sense that chronically stimulating areas of the brain could lead to decreased function. Whether that means temporary impairment or cell death I don't know. I need to make the most of my mental function as I certainly don't have an excess in brain power. I will say aside from feeling mentally stimulated as I started dosing MK (insomnia the first few nights) there was never any noticeable decrease in brain function over the course of 6 months on MK. That's not to say there won't be long term effects down the road. Until there are more studies and less than cloudy evidence to suggest MK is brain safe I've decided to err on the side of caution and drop it.

How did you feel coming off. Just curious
 
Yeah it takes a good while to see changes in body composition. I noticed a recomp effect at around 4 months in on MK. Are the sleep benefits of MK for those that experience them ongoing? or do you eventually build a tolerance

I just stay asleep better like a deeper sleep in my opinion. But I did just start stacking it with some peptides
 
So I am starting to see flaws in it now compared to injectable HGH.

4 months to notice a change is a looooong time. HGH starts in a few weeks

Of course it would give you extreme advantages but there would be prices to pay running anything that long. I think normal HGH would be safe to run for longer than MK. I plan to cycle between them.
 
Well most people running injectable HGH are administering a dose that is many times higher than the increases you'll see on MK so it isn't a surprise you see benefits less quickly. Also everyone is different, some have seen changes in body comp sooner on MK.

I never run HGH at a high dose to see fat loss effects. Only speaking from my experience
 
Thursday 27th April Day 24-

So my recovery is still the best it has been in a long time and DOMS are minimal even after leg days, I am excited for how well one could bulk on this stuff combined with AAS and Insulin. All of the bad side effects have disappeared.

One thing I noticed is it only effected my sleep negatively if I train in the evening, so this may be something to consider for those of you who say it doesn't help you sleep or has a negative effect.Try training early in the day and then take the tabs on an eve- works for me.

My mood is still steady and skin is even better than a week ago.

I do think 25mg would be the best dose but I cannot do that with the capsules I have. (10mg each) 30 is a tad too high and 5mg is a significant increase on this stuff.
 
Sunday 30th April- So I have been running this almost 28 days, one thing is for sure- my life needs to slow down!!

No fat loss or change in body composition (no lean tissue build or decrease in fat) although I am fuller all day and upon wakening I never look flat. Side effects wear off in 2 weeks and then the good effects begin to happen. None of the positive effects have been exaggerated by going higher doses than 20 mg apart from skin looks better the higher dosage you go.

I plan to do at least another few months on this. So I cannot really give any concluding thoughts but for the price I am very happy- it is a let down for me that no fat burning effect has really happened. Injectable HGH is still the winner so far.

I will post again soon whether things change or not- it is just as important to note when things stay the same as it is to report any changes. Peace

Sleep the last few nights has been really bad, I hope the effects of MK-677 on improving my sleep are not wearing off. I will adjust my protocol tomorrow if I struggle to sleep again this eve.

Add some melatonin or huperzine to it and you will be back having great sleep.
 
Monday 9th may day 34-

So some of the other side effects have returned such as incredibly painful joints- all over my body this time and it would literally hurt to cough. I felt like I had pulled muscles in places I had not even trained.

This has been for about 3 days now.

Going to rack my brain and try and figure this one out- essential if I plan to run this long term. IF I worked a manual labor job- I would have not been able to work. I have had joint issues like that in my life before taking MK-677.

On the plus side, another effect I have noticed is I have not been getting sick or feeling run down- this would usually happen often to me due to my chronic health condition unless I take injectable hgh.

Major plus for me- MK 677 definitely has a positive role in my immune function.

Everything else is the same as before.

Hey everyone- so I have to let you know I have started developing gyno and it is happening pretty rapidly. I noticed a lump on June 1st so got some arimidex and that did not work.

I didn't change everything at once because there could have been more than one cause..

MK 677 discontinued as of 4 days ago plus I have now been on Letro for the past week but the gyno is still getting worse,I will be starting nolvadex as soon as it comes (hopefully tomorrow)

I am being advised by an expert in this matter and also going to see my doctor first thing in the AM. Pretty worrying affairs, I have been cycling 9 years with no issues like this and really hope I don't get full blown tits.

Beware of prolactin/ progesterone increase from MK 677 combined with estrogen aromatization from HCG.

I know I have seriously ****ed up here, wish me luck.

Is MK and HCG the only supps/ compounds your currently using?
 
Not neccessarily- MK raises prolactin. Get my results back in a week

Plus I got all of the desired effects from it....may have some added pro hormones but I doubt it
