Mk 677 Insulin resistance

Hey everybody. Looking for anecdotal/experiential advice. I just got first bottle of Mk 677, and want to run the smallest dose possible to begin with (10 mg). I know this is generally well tolerated, with low-to-moderate side effects. My one major concern is insulin resistance-- my dad has type 2 diabetes, and even though I look healthy according to bloodwork every time I go into the doctor, I want to make sure I'm careful. I generally eat well, but I have a flexible diet that includes some simpler carbs throughout the week.

Any opinions on how likely this is to be an issue? I know it's a broad question and variable by person, so no lectures or trolling necessary-- just honest thoughts and experience. Thank you!

A low 100mg dose of DNP every other day for a week is something I use to reset my resistance. How much MK678 do you plan on cycling? Why? How long? MK677 is a very special agent.

I have enough for a 2 month cycle at 10mg/ED. I'm primarily interested in the restorative properties it seems to exhibit (joints, skin, recovery time, etc), but don't want to sacrifice other aspects of health. Does that make sense?

Many ways to approach MK. For healing, I do 20mg before bed every night for 21 days. Then I lower dose to 10mg every night for another 21 days. Finally, to maintain, I do 10mg every other night HOWEVER, if I feel i had a rough day or extremely sore, I will do 20mg before bed to boost healing. I hope that helps.
