Yeah but steroids are used in medicin, sarms are made to be safer than steroids and to maintain (not add) musclemass.

The great thing about sarms is that in the future they might be so safe with so little sides that they'll remove steroids in medicin. S4 is one that has shown to be just as, if not more effective to maintain musclemass than dht.

ADT is one of the worse regimens known to man. Its reserved for stage 4 treatment resistant prostate cancer. Its full orchiectomy, with dutasteride plus full replacement dosage of estradiol.

Even worse, is in my breast cancer lecture in Oncology class. We learned that Halotestin is still used in stage 4 metastatic breast cancer. Used to prolong life.
