The NaCl is for backloading the pin before injection if you prefer. Some people experience some pain from AA.
r1ck said:If mix 2ml of AA to 1mg of IGF-1 LR3
and im using 0.3cc syringes.
how much is 40mcg , or 20mcg for bi-lat
It isn't only for pain.!@#$% said:Is sodium cloride also for backloading, that is what I recieved in my kit. Can I throw out the sodium cloride, since it is only for pain?
MattHines said:simple math
1mg = 1000mcg
2ml = 200 units on a syringe
1000mcg / 200 = 5mcg/unit
r1ck said:but 0.3cc is 30 units
will it be
60 units since 2ml AA
1000 / 60 = 16.6mcg/unit :gas: ??
------------------------------------------------
nevermind I get it 1ml = 100 unit so 2ml = 200unit
1000 of mcg / 2ml that is 200 units gives 5mcg/unit
so on my 30 unit Insulin Syringe i pump 2 unit bi-lat giving 10mcg each side for a total of 20mcg right?
:yawn:
MattHines said:No...no matter what syringe you use, there are 100 units to 1cc/1ml. A smaller syringe will hold less units and since each notch is a unit on a .5cc syringe or lower, these are ideal for IGF.
And yes, 2 units to each side would be 10mcg each side for a total of 20mcg.

do u really need to backload your igf with bacteriostatic water?, if so can u buy bw in local pharmacy, or really need need to buy it online
MattHines said:some people just take the pure AA mixture. The BAC water / Sodium Chloride is just used to ease pain as far as i know.
