Workin, I mix five scoops of Extend in a 32 oz. Gatorade bottle and shake and then get on the treadmill for a 10 minute warm up, usually about the time I,m done it has all dissolved, but with the addition of Posideon it takes a little longer to get all the mystery white flakes to dissolve, not a big deal, just my experience....
I actually do the same exact mix, same flavor of extend and I even use a gatorade bottle to mix it in. Have you been spying on me.lol I haven't noticed if it changes the amount of time it takes to dissolve. I will say the poseidon is working awesome for me.

Anyways, Workin long time no talk my friend --- I am about to begin a serious cardio regimen. I am loving the way my support supps are looking: Chaos/Incarnate Pre + Excell/Poseidon (pre/peri/post). Poseidon+Excell is great stuff, I love the endurance and just the "feel good" feel you have while running and playing racquetball while on them.
Anyways, just poppin in to say hi.

I don't use Extend but I just use NP's bulk BCAAs and mix in a serving of Poseidon with crystal light. I put all that into a 1 liter bottle water and take it to class. Good way to keep my energy up and to limit the catabolism. Not trying to hijack the thread just throwing in a lil something

I don’t like to think of myself a placebo type of guy. I am actually a skeptic, I doubt and question everything. With that being said, my last two workouts have been awesome. I’ve added Poseidon to my preworkout drink and with my extend for peri workouts, and I’ve noticed a strength and muscle endurance/recovery.
For my Friday workout was able to add my max weight for all 4 sets, whereas previously I was only able to do make max weight for 2-3 sets, before having to drop that weight.
Then for my superset (ss) of widegrip preacher curls I struggled doing 60lbs at a 3030 tempo Supersetted with Rev BB Curls at the same tempo. I was actually able to handle 70lbs at 10 reps, and even jumped another 10lbs. with the rev curls. Maybe it was just a good workout for me, but then came the next day.
I couldn’t compare my first ss since I had to use a different exercise, because the Hammer Strength Supinated pull down was in use, so I went to the Prontated pull-down HS machine, which is a weaker exercise for me and was able to jump up 50lbs in weight and 5lbs with my SS of DB pullovers.
Then for my incline DB press I was able to do 3 sets 85x12 with a ss of triple drop sets on the pec deck 3 sets 130x15 | 120x10 | 110x8. Previous workout I did 3 sets of incline 80x12, 11 & 10 and pec deck was 130, 120, 110x 12, 6, 5
Everything has remained the same supplement wise and diet, except the addition of Poseidon, so I ask is Poseidon really that affective? How did Poseidon affect my workouts/supplements? I wish I had another week left with this workout, because I would like to give it a shot without the Poseidon to see what would happen. So I guess I have to experiment with it later, because right now, whether it a placebo effect or not, I am having some killer workouts.
