I've got an interesting question. I sent an IM to mullet, but haven't got a reply yet, so I thought I"d throw it to the forum!
For a while now I've been taking 3 caps of PF, 15 minutes latter I'll take 2 caps of AP. This is pre workout by the way...then after I wait 15 minutes, I'll typically have 30g of oats & whey with an energy drink like Monster Energy, full of simple carbs, taurine & caffeine.
How effective is / would the PF & AP be with the use of of simple carbs? I've been trying to get answers by looking into the PPAR gamma receptor, but can't get any answers.
Help! Anyone!
