Mixing 4-aderm

I want to add 3g of oh test to my 4aderm. This is my first time mixing something into a transdermal, so I'm not sure if it will mix fine at room temp, or should I heat it up some?
 
I decided to heat up some water and place a glass mixing container inside the warm water. This way, I heated up the 4-aderm some and mixed in the oh test powder.

Is it norm that only 15g of a powder per container? I mixed in 3g, and I believe it already had 12g of 4ad. It mixed very easily, and made no noticable change in thickness or texture.

Yes, some say that 15g should be the limit per bottle, especially with 4-AD since it is rather hard to get it to dissolve. However, it seems as though the newer 4-AD raws are a lot finer in texture and are easier in that regard. I was actually able to dissolve 16 or 17g's of it before.
