I could not wait to try pslin, so I had to try some before my oat+raisin+almonds+maple syrup refeed breakfast before I went swimming.
I managed 5 more laps than I normally get in, normally after my first refeed meal I am still pretty worn out, so I can only manage about 20 laps (I know, I suck), but on Sunday I hit 25 I only stopped because I was wanting to go and lift weights, which was awesome too btw, I am not used to feeling so tight though (possibly due to my swimming before hand though), so range of motion was not so great.
I am currently doing AD so I can't use it every day, but I am planning to in march.
