I did 40 easy at my BW for DL's, hoping to push 50+
I saw your post. That sets a very high bar I guess. I'm not sure how many I can do. I've never tried lots of reps on deadlift
 
I'm in for the Deadlift forget the squats might make 10 if I'm lucky LOL

you can bench more than you squat and deadlift? lol

Have plates and 3 pins in right ankle and only 40% movement in that ankle makes squats difficult. Deadlift is no problem though meant might only make 10 reps on squats not sure on deadlifts never tried for reps at bodyweight on deadlift. Something to try on Tuesday !!

ahhh got ya. I can only imagine how out of breath i would be repping out 200 pounds on squats or deadlifts. My cardio would fail before my muscle lol
 
Yep I agree with you on that one. but just for grins and giggles gonna give it a shot on Tuesday see what happens start getting ready in case MindWarrior throws up another great contest.

Damn gonne have to watch keep doing this kind of stuff. Might get mistook for a cross fitter. LOL

So, are we practicing deadlifts with body weight? Goal is more than 40 reps :) Thanks for the push The Solution
 
Did 40 reps of deadlift to start my leg workout then banged out a 1.5 hour leg workout.

Ok, let's do this! Tomorrow I will give it a whirl. I lost some weight. I estimate I weigh 100 pounds now (kidding of course:))
