MindandMuscle T2 with Quads [Sponsored]

So apparently people started taking bets on me in the exercise science program of how many reps I will do this week with a $5 buy-in. I felt very humbled lol.
Monday - 11reps, Wed- Dies, Friday- 8reps is what they had on the board. Just means I have to push myself even harder now!

Squat - 300 for 11
Bench 240 for 7

Looking back I have definitely gotten a lot stronger. Wed I have to squat 355 for five singles so we shall see what it is like!

and I am all out of T2. I will post final review this week

I was just answering his question but yah man, school for me too. It's a bitch.
 
So I have been off of T2 for two weeks and just had my body comp done again.

I wanted to start out this review by saying that my strength did not drop after cessation of T2 and rather was kept the same. From a recovery aspect it was harder to recover. When I was taking T2 I was able to ~1k more cals without gaining fat and these calories contributed to being able to recover a lot better. I really had to control my portions with greater accuracy. Anyways my strength went up a slightly faster than normal and I am attributing that to the increased cals I was able to consume while taking this product. There have been no sides ever since stopping and everything is normal. I ramped the dosage slowly and then tapered it down at the end.

My stats currently are 190lbs at 10.3% BF. Now this is 2weeks after stopping T2 and lowering diet back down a bit but as you can see in this log I barely gained any fat (1.3lbs to be precise) and gained a lot of lbm (6.6lbs). Overall this was a great product to add into my regiment that helped me increase calories while training as hard as I could.

For such a low price I would highly recommend this product, rating it at a 8/10 for fat loss!
The lighting is not as good on this picture and I am a bit bloated but it is very similar to my other pictures in regards to bf (I got a new phone and pic quality is better!)
