Product directions indicate to take 3 capsules a day or for some adults up to 9 capsules daily if needed. I will start the first 3 days to a week at 3 capsules daily to assess my tolerance and increase as needed. As with most supplements I tend to end up on the higher dosage side due to generally having a higher tolerance level to achieve the desired effect. Whether it be OTC or prescription. This just has always been the case with myself.

STARTED DAY 1: (2/20/15 ) 3 caps taken upon waking. Not much to report as I imagine it will take several days or a week to really start noticing any clear change. Will keep updated...

Day 4 & 5: (2/23/15 & 2/24/15)
Day 4 I took 3 caps upon waking and didn't notice too much of a difference. Day 5 I waited until later in the day and took 3 caps about an hour before workout. I definitely noticed more focus in the gym today. Felt more of mind and muscle recruitment especially during my isolation exercises. I will up the dose tomorrow to 6 caps and see if I can kick it up a notch.

Day 6: (2/25/15) Took 3 caps around mid afternoon and another 3 caps an hour before the gym in the evening. Felt awesome in the gym. Extremely focused and determined during each workout. Definitely going to keep the dosing at a minimum of 6 caps a day.

Day 7: (2/26/15) Took 3 caps upon waking and another 3 caps an hour before the gym. Felt pretty focused all day. I do direct sales for a living and I just felt like I could read every motion and body language signal from every customer I talked to. This is extremely important in the sales world because noticing these simple little gestures can lose or make a deal. Workout also went great. Great focus on every lift. Definitely enjoying the past couple of days with the dosage increase. May increase to 9 caps on Monday.

Day 8: (2/27/15) Took 3 caps upon waking. Definitely noticed I seemed to be in a better mood throughout the day and also pretty focused as well. Took another 3 caps an hour before the gym. Today was chest and biceps. I felt extremely focused on every lift. Even a friend I always run into up there made a comment about it. Said damn bro you look like you're in the zone today, so let me leave you to it. I just kinda laughed and went right back to work. Definitely enjoying the product, as this is the first nootropic I ever tried.

Day 12: (3/3/15) Took 3 caps upon waking. Another 3 caps around mid afternoon. Another 3 caps in the evening an hour before the gym. I definitely think 9 caps is my sweet spot. Felt a lot more even focus and better mood the whole day.

Update Day 19: (3/10/15) Injured my shoulder on the 4th so I was out of the gym from the 5th to 9th. Returned today and just focused on legs and cardio. Have still been on track with dosing but went back to 6 caps daily from the 4th to today. Product has definitely helped with my mood and focus throughout the day, especially while at work. Gym went well today with legs and cardio. Felt very focused especially during cardio and was able to keep mentally pushing myself to go longer.

Final Review: (3/16/15) I finished the product and would say my overall experience with it was pretty good. It does what is says. Keeps you focused and helps elevate your mood. Only thing I would change about the product is upping the dosage per cap. In order for myself to get the fullest effects of the product I had to take at least 6 caps per day but was better at 9. The bottle is 90 caps so it can run out very quickly. Other than that it works.
