I've had logging experience and I can post as much as you guys need me to, along w/anything else you guys need to see. I follow more of a bodybuilding/volume routine so I would like to see how using an intra product could take my workouts to the next level!

I just PM'd my info again. Windsor, Ca. I can only guess you thought the Ca. Stood for Canada instead of California......but I live in Northern California. Never even been to Canada.

Just got mine! Nice Christmas Eve present !!! Not training tonight - off day. Will be hitting Legs tomorrow though so it will be put to good use then. I will get my log setup and link it here as well .... tomorrow.

How do you plan on taking it? All pre, intra or post?

Got mine in the mail yesterday, I too was surprised by the size of the bottle! Opened it and seems like its unflavored, but I'll find out when I try it tomorrow when the log starts up, I'll post it up here if you all wana follow

Ok Didn't get the chance to train yesterday as I had planned .... My lady made some last minute changes to our Christmas plans so in order to keep the peace I went along with it .... Gonna train tonight. Hittim the iron at 7pm .... gonna give this a shot as my intra-workout .... replacing the BCAA's I normally use for the duration of this log. I will get my log put together and posted later tonight or first thing in the morning.
