hi guys,

i recently purchased milk and egg protein powder (unflavored) and was wondering if anyone else has uses or have tried this product? the reason i bought this is because i cannot take whey protein powder....it makes me feel really sick to the point where i want to vomit....really annoying as i work out 4-5 times a week and want to get the best gains possible. I have a small case of IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) so dont know if that has anything to do with it? iid really appreciate any of your thoughts and feedback! :)

Cheers!

many of these powders may be harsh on those with this and other sensitivities. Now Foods has come out with a new sprouted brown rice protein which perhaps will work for you if egg protein powder alone remains an issue. Best to become adept on the preparing of "real food" my friend.

If the milk and egg protein doesn't work for you try pea protein powder or the sprouted brown rice protein powder like Touey suggested. Also, keep in mind you don't need to supplement with protein powder to hit you daily protein intake needs. It is pretty easy to get there your diet alone.

thanks for responding guys! I am really trying to hit protein intake with proper food but find it hard due to my working hours. I actually just went and bought some pea protein powder for a very price as well. 82% protein which seems pretty good. The taste seems a bit weird though but can deal with it....just mixing it with milk at the minute.
