mild first ph run, any other ideas?

So here is the plan ive been thinking of running. i figured id get some other input. This will be my first PH run i'm 22, 5' 9" 190lb about 9-10% BF is what i'm thinking since the pinch cal keeps saying 7% but i'm not that low yet.I think i might get dunked before/after run to get exact BF %. Also Ive sort of been looking into getting hormonal panel before/after but since its not covered by insurance, and i'm now strapped for cash from buying all this crap but well see what i can do.

My training is mostly DC style i love the stretches but i just hate the feel of low volume i feel like i cheated so i do cross-fit circuits as well light weight lots of cleans and what not.

My diet is clean and lean i love veggies and fruit (got a full crop of blue berries from back yard in my freezer so i'm covered on that front. i have lots of leans meat, and i have a shelf full of oat meal, half whole/half powdered myself now sitting in a old protein comtainer. I don't drink save a Guinness one in a while(no Guinness while on PH:puppy_dog_eyes:) or some herb in my vapo every now and again.

The PH

3-AD by AX 4 caps a day for 5 weeks(i have 2 bottles so i got some extra to work with) also i will be taking each dose with 15g of some sort of fat natural PB, grape seed oil, olive oil, Ect.

Other stuff on with PH

MFX by AX 3-4 caps per day with the 3-AD

Super Cissus by USP 3 caps a day

cycle support by AI start 1 week before and carry through pct 1 scoop a day.

MY PCT AFTER MY LAST DAY OF 3-AD

Reversitol by I-force
weeks
1 3 caps per day
2 2 caps
3 2 caps
4 1 caps

Red omega by Now foods 2 softgel a day

Powerfull by USP 4 caps a day
Anabolic pump by USP 3 caps a day
Prime by USP 6 caps a day
Super Cissus 3 caps a day
Vat Attack by USP 4g a day starting at end of 1st week of PCT (cortisol control)
Domain ATP by USP (pre workout no stim)

staples are protein, fish oil, and xtend.

Thats what ive been thinking about running. looks good? What did i miss? Would AM like to see this logged? Maybe some sort of Law Blog? Also BTW if you didn't figure i freaking love USP there stuff is like a box full of puppies for me.

:feedback:

bump. plz can i get some thoughts from anyone thats run 3-AD? does the PCT look ok? or just anyone well versed on anabolic's i heard some talk that it acts like MMv3 for some people and thats what im going for.

3ad is WEAK no need for pct IMO

run epi or halo

im going weak because i feel the hill im trying to get over only need a small boost plus this is my first run of any Ph so instead of running SD for a first time like the billion of post where the older members have to explain what a PCT and SERM are i feel like little step work out just fine. plus my diet and training are clean so i will see gains.

but in the future i have been looking at epi solo run for some super strong day. thx for reply though

I would do 6 wks. Start at recommended dose but might want to almost double it. It's soo mild but will give a boost, well it should.

ok how does this sound ill get another bottle and run it at 6 a day for 6 weeks with a little left that i can toss into the last week if need be?

If these are what you have on hand, it looks okay, but I would decrease the doses of everything by half and and save the rest for another time. Its way more than I would take. I would do 3 full body workouts a week utilizing 7-8 core exercises 3 to 4 sets, 10 to 12 reps. I would start light and increase the weight by 1 to 2 % after the third workout of the week, every week, Use strict form and dont get greedy with added weight on your lifts. More of evrything is not the answer to building muscle. It sounds like you are eating smart. Lift smart too and dont rely on supplements or cycles to make your gains in strength. It takes time and regular lifting smart to build your strength, you dont always have to lift heavy. Start light, gradually add pounds to your lifts for 6 to 8 weeks then cut back on the weights and start over. Give yourself a couple years of this and you will see improvement. try it it works! I hope that helps you.

No, that doesnt sound okay, dont do it! You need less! Only one a day for 4 weeks.
