Mild First Cycle

I'm 26 years old, around 200 with 12% body fat, don't care too much about losing fat as of right now, and am interested in starting a mild first cycle. My max bench press is 325, and squat 465. I'd rather take Oral, products, also with a solid PCT and liver health aids. If anyone can help? I Have a good idea of what everything is just want to be solid before I start everything, thanks
 
What is your heigth? Those are pretty good stats for a natty under 6'2-6'3.

Not running testosterone on cycle will lead to horrible side effects as it is needed for important biological functions. If you take an oral steroid with no testosterone you will experience effects of low testosterone: lethargy, feeling like ****, not being able to eat, erectile dysfunction.

Test E at 250mg 2x a week. Have a real AI like arimidex or letrozole on hand in case estrogen sides show their ugly face, get bloods when test has reached saturation at 5-6 weeks so you can see if anything is amiss like bad lipids or high estrogen. Nolva for PCT at 40/40/20/20. After you know how the testosterone alone is affecting you and your bloods come back good throw in an oral like dbol or var depending on goals.
 
I'm 6'0, and thanks a lot for the reply. If any way can you be a bit more specific on the test and the dosage and how long the cycle should last for? I'm looking to gain around 30 pounds. Also the PCTS and anti Estrogen? Thanks a lot man. Also I see what you mean I'm fine with just straight test for a first cycle. But preferably rather low dosage, I want to start off easy with no risk of serious side effects
 
Test E 250mg twice a week. Choose two days like Monday and Thursday to keep it simple. Some people like to split them up at exactly every 3.5 days for more stable blood levels. Have an AI on hand like Arimidex or Letrozole and when you begin to experience high estro sides (water retention, bitchiness and moodiness, itchy/burning/sensitive nipples or inflammed tissue in chest) run your AI. I take low dose letrozole .625mg every 2 days otherwise I run into high estrogen problems. Since it looks like you already know how to train and diet well naturally you will be able to make nice gains with test only. 1lb-2lb a week of quality gains once test has reached saturation levels is realistic with proper diet and training. Strength gains will be through the roof, take a joint support supplement on cycle to mitigate these problems these joint supplements are no bull**** and are highly effective. If you get bloods 5-6 weeks in on Test E, you will know if you're having any problems and will be able to respond to them accordingly.

Basically:
Test E 250mg 2x a week (Monday, Thursday) or every 3.5 days for 12-16 weeks, dbol at 25-50mg a day for 4 weeks as a kickstarter while test reaches saturation levels is optional
AI: Letrozole .625 mg every 48 hours (can be adjusted if it brings your estro too high or two low)
PCT (starts 2 weeks after last Test E injection): Nolva 40/40/20/20 (40mg every day for first two weeks, 20mg last two weeks)

Bloods: Before cycle (to know what you're starting at so after PCT you can know if you're recovered or not), During Cycle (5-6 weeks once test has reached saturation levels), After PCT (to know if you've recovered to your baseline test levels or not). The female horomone panel from privatemdlabs is great and cheap, is private and doesn't report to insurance, you can even use the name Bart Simpson for your results (not recommended). This will cover basically everything unless you want to dole out a few extra bucks to test LDL etc

This is the best way you can do this. I'd recommend Test only the first cycle as it's a lot easier to dial in your AI and know where your estrogen needs to be and you will make QUALITY gains. If you're feeling up to it run a kickstarter like dbol at the beginning of your cycle or a nice oral for recomp like anavar for the last 4-6 weeks of your cycle.

Good luck man, looking forward to a cycle report it sounds like you've achieved a lot naturally and will make an impressive gains. I covered pretty much everything there is to cover to know for the best and safest way to do a first cycle. Some things I wish I knew before starting that aren't always talked about are:
1. run an AI as soon as you start feeling the test, I found out the hard way that I'm sensitive to estrogen and luckily I had an AI on hand to avoid gyno when the symptoms started
2. one basic cycle is not going to turn you into arnold schwarzennager
3. joint support supplements WORK and are critical once you start experiencing agonizing joint pain from your strength increases
4. have a solid diet and training plan set in place before starting depending on your goals, this stuff isn't magic and are not a replacement for poor diet and nutrition
5. roid rage is myth: it is a direct result of out of control estrogen, an good AI will fix this and you will find test actually makes you nicer, calmer, and more driven person
6. drink lots of water! letrozole is the strongest AI there is and it will dry out your eyes like crazy if you're dehydrated!
7. testosterone WILL change the way you think, don't get caught up in comparing yourself to others or get caught up in mind games where you're in competition with everyone else around you and bring yourself down. center yourself, stay in the present moment knowing that you are further along in reaching your goals then ever before.
8. testosterone increases appetite
9. higher carbs like oatmeal equals higher gains
10. pasteurized (no need to cook) liquid egg whites mix deliciously with chocolate milk and are an awesome protein source
11. listen to your body, if you're body is telling you that you need more or less AI then listen to it!
12. CoQ10 is great for blood pressure if you're experience high BP, if not then cialis does a good job
13. proper done glute injections are the most painless and easy (look up the proper way to do one, it's not directly into your butt fat but more on the side in the muscle)
14. 1.5" needles look scary but are nice for glutes. 22guages are a nice medium for drawing and pinning glutes
15. putting your vial in a plastic zip loc bag and running under hot water will make the oil easier to draw and go in smooth as butter
16. wipe the top of your vial and injection site with an alcohol pad before each injection
