Mild 4-Week Cycle

This will be my first time running a prohormone stack, so I would like to go with something relatively mild that wouldn't require a pharmaceutical SERM. My main mission is just to preserve muscle while cutting. Any suggestions on what stack would be good for a first time user looking to cut?
 
Incline walking..great cardio, less toll on muscles
ON whey cause 24gms of protein with no carbs/excess cals
modern bcaa
a thermo like oxyelite pro

if you're looking for something weak just to preserve muscle, why spend the money? Seems to me to be more efficient to just nail your diet, and maybe get a thermo for appetite suppression?
 
Thanks, tryhard! I really want to eliminate the possibility of losing muscle, and maybe even add some since this will be my first cycle. Also, I should have mentioned in my first post : I am 35 and around 18-20% bf.
 
Dermacrine / Transaderm?

Honestly - I don't know. If you dose a steroid or PH everyday - you're going to get shutdown and require a SERM.

Other options ... pulsing? Three days a week for two weeks - two weeks off - then three days a week for another two weeks. You could do something like Epistane with this routine and probably only need to use Erase Pro at the end of that. However - that's 6 weeks, not 4 ... and there's two weeks in there where you'll be totally "off" ... so won't benefit the cut much.

EDIT: Forgot about Ostarine ... you could do that for around 8 weeks. It's a leaning compound for sure but I would only recommend doses of less than 15mg's per day and take ERASE while on it to counter Estrogen buildup.
 
The new Androleanv3 is supposed to be the type of not-so-suppressive cutter PH where you can use just a good OTC PCT rather than a SERM....11 spray and 7 spray used in conjunction are a similar stack to this, both were available last I looked. Again, those require either no PCT or a mild PCT depending on how you run them and/or if you use both at the same time. If a cutting cycle is your goal, and an OTC PCT is your other requirement I think these are good options for you.
 
Yeah why not dermacrine as well? that is not something that requires a SERM as far as I know (although perhaps it does, always used it with other suppressive stuff personally so.....) that could be added in, but with an OTC AI probably since cutting is the goal and it might convert to estrogen in part......
 
Ahh well at age 35 I'm not entirely sure what changes haha... But I know incline walking preserves a lot yet burns a SOLID amount of cals... running takes a tolllll when done for cutting every day. ugh! haha. It takes a long time to lose muscle, and if you're not running/eating a stupid deficit like 1k cals a day...I can't imagine you're gonna lose much if you're hitting your protein/essential aminos
 
No prohormones are needed to preserve muscles when you are 18% bf unless you are doing ultra low calories and tons of cardio
 
Thanks for the feedback! I actually used Dermacrine a few years ago and loved it (never really thought it was a PH though.) Wasn't this product discontinued by Primordial?

BPS sells it now. Transaderm is the same thing with a less greasy carrier. Google either and you should find them.

I would agree with this...ostarine is a great way to maintain muscle. You wont notice it till week 3 it is mild. I would probably run daa with erase afterwords.
 
Look into Taurus nutritions m1p or 5aohp. Fairly mild and a otc ptc would suffice. Its best to be safe though running pro hormones so I Advise having ethier nolva or clomid on hand. Good luck homie!
