Has anybody gotten a headache pinning Test E & if so what did you do to knock it out? I got a migraine 2 days after I pinned Test E & it lasted 2 weeks. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Are you taking any vitamins with your cycle? Like fish oil, multi vitamin, potassium, etc? I have heard that this can help with the headaches.

Also, have you tired breaking down your dosages? Like if your taking 100mg a week maybe break it down into 2-3 pins a week? I have read that this can help the issue as well!

For example, pin like Monday and Thursday each at 50mg. Or pin EOD at like 30mg.

Hopefully your running Hawthorn Berry (or a full cycle assist supp that includes this)...
Might be a blood pressure issue.

If all your running is Test E, just take an Excedrin and end the pain if its bad enough...I know that acetaminophen is frowned upon (and for good reason) but if your liver is doing okay naturally and no orals are being run then take one or two.

Though the best thing for my migraines is to lay in a cold dark room and try to sleep. Also, look in to buying some CBD sublingual oil. Itll help ease the tension and inflammation...Infiniticbd sells isolate CBD, so no thc (though the kind with THC works best) its great quality and added terpenes which gives a good overall effect.

^^^^ this is good advice as well! I will second the cycle assist!

Did all that ****. In fact instead of excepting; I use fioricet w/ codeine. & as soon as it wore off the migraine was there. It just masked it. I laid in the dark on my sofa for 2 weeks. No I’m not running any supplements. I take to many pills already! Testosterone dilates the blood vessels to the organs. This is the mechanism of migraine.
This could be a big problem as my transplant meds also cause migraine

Buy some CBD from infinitecbd...buy the sublingual oil (think they call theirs 'droppers') buy at least the 1500mg, but id select the option that is 5000mg if you can afford it. Make sure you select "added terpenes" with your flavor of choice, this will help with the "entourage effect"...just means that the terpenes well intensify and work with the CBD itself.

also, not sure how you feel about vaping, but vaping CBD is the fastest way to get it to work, which is perfect for migraines. Immediate relief. I can help you figure out what all you need if interested. I hated vaping in general until my migraines were killin me and i was up to try about anything for relief so my buddy turned me on to vaping CBD.
side note, you cant vape the normally sold CBD oil, you have to buy the specific 'made for vaping CBD'

Kicks in in 10 seconds, works better than opioids or Excedrin, etc

I noticed this with Trest. I think it was due to increased blood pressure as when i tested it was 163/77. I just increased my support sups, dropped the preworkout/caffeine and started eating 1 fresh garlic clove a day. then headaches went away......ALSO i think a big factor was how I was sleeping and my pillow causing tension at night then would cause issues during day. Got a new pillow as well. No headaches since.

Migranes are caused by tight scalp muscles. That's why botox is one treatment, it relaxed the muscles of the head......If it is a true migraine...you can massage your scalp muscles/ stretch them by pulling the sides and back of the scalp up.

I have a long history of migraine & have gotten 1 every day for years. Been doing Botox, but doesn’t help. Test does dilate the blood vessel. This is the mechanism of true migraine.
Thnx for the info

Ever tried imitrex (sumatriptan)? Its the only thing that has ever worked for my migraines?

what kinds of migraine medications (Rx) has your doctor tried you on? I know there's a few out there...

The way I understood it, is that the scalp muscles pull the scalp super tight, like a snare drum, which constricts the blood vessels beneath it. The botox is supposed to ultimately re-establish bloodflow by removing the "tourniquette". Sorry to hear botox didn't work for you.

I’m thinking the headache I got 2 days after (felt like a million bucks) was from the fluctuation estrogen & AI could potentially help.
Thoughts ?

Yes, I use immitrex& fioricet w/codeine. Idk if I told you I injected 200mg Wed. Night felt awesome We’d. night &?thursday. Fri. Afternoon migraine & I was on the sofa for 2 weeks. Now I’m on gel for trt. Let me run this by you, if the headache was from the fluctuation in estrogen an AI world work
Thoughts?????

Trial and error brother. One mans experience doesn't always translate to another, and I doubt you'll get too much feedback regarding this.
