Thoughts: Damn, weight felt so light today. I was feeling good so I increased my smythe BB bench 30 f**king pounds...still got great rep number (15 rest pause reps). Smythe Shoulder has pretty much bottomed out, but I may keep it in the cycle in the hopes that I can do something to make it budge. Dips I went up 5lbs and went up in reps as well, plus my ending BW set went up in reps. Lat pulldown was +10lbs with the same number or reps (can't figure out how I got 4 reps on the 2nd and 3rd set...mystery lol). Seated HS Row was the same weight (I can't fit any more on the machine lol), but I straightened up form and increased reps. **** felt like. Walked out feeling beastly. Officially can say the test is allllll the way kicked in, right as I'm coming off epi, which is exactly what I wanted. Weighted in at ****ing 202lbs today - 20lbs up from my start weight. Steroids are the ****ing life guys, really considering getting one more vial to extend an extra 2 weeks...most claim the difference in recovery between 10 weeks and 12 weeks is pretty much negligible, so it kind of seems like "why not?" right now lol.

Now time to go eat my usual post-WO pound of lean ground beef.

20lbs?! Awesome progress bro! That's very impressive. You still have several weeks left, I'm thinking 210 maybe 215?

Oh for God's sake guys lol...I secretly love and hate all of you. And 215????!!! My last 3-5 weeks (dependent on increasing cycle length) is supposed to be a recomp/cut...how in the world am I going to put on 13 more lbs on a cut/recomp? Increasing test span is definitely fine by me...but don't change my goals too! Dear God man...feel like I'd be a complete fatty at 215 lol. Sounds like a goal for next cycle (which, after the awesomeness of this cycle, is definitely happening, I promise).


BTW, my incline smythe increased 30lbs that last workout. Progress!

Thoughts: Damn, that supp list looks so damn short lol. Had no injections (Test-E or HCG), no AI to dose (adex), and my oral (epi) is done, so that really brings the list down. Tomorrow will have both adex and HCG, and then Thursday is more testosterone. Yeah budday!

Also got my forma-stanzol in the mail today. Excited to use this in PCT...also nice to have just in case any estro-issues I have before the end of cycle don't seem to react to the adex as I'd like them to. Security security.

Thoughts: Felt awesome. Was really proud of my Incline BB Bench numbers that I do on this day occasionally. I like it in my DC Workout, but with failure every set I have to use the smythe machine, and I like to do it free-form occasionally to see where I sit. 225 X 5 is a new PR for my ass, I'm happy. I think before this cycle I hit 225 X 1 on incline, so that gives you an idea of how my strength is increasing.

Those damn drag curls killed my arms so badly that my form was seriously suffering for the forearm work. No biggie, just gotta give more rest time in between the two exercises. Was grabbing my workout on the lunch break today, so I was cutting my hour of free time kind of close, and therefore had to get a bit less rest than I would normally take between the bi and forearm movements.

Still feeling strong as ****. Testosterone is a hell of a drug. Weights feel light, mood feels great.

Also, you'll be happy to know that I actually got 3 vials of test-e, meaning that if I do extend my cycle, I'll still have 2 full vials and 6ml of another vial left over...enough to do another 12-week cycle whenever I so desire. Oh my...I'm not an addictive personality type, but these darn steroids have really gotten a hold of me.

Feeling strong. Only issue today is that I DESTROYED my bis on my wide-grip cable curls, and that SERIOUSLY brought down my reverse preachers. Even with a focus on forearms, my bis were aching like mad and I actually went down in reps on my reverse preacher curls. In 2 weeks I'm considering doing them first instead of second for bis and forearms...we shall see.

Decided no knock my weight WAYYY down on front raises and shrugs. Reason being that recently I feel like I've been swinging the weight a bit more than I would like, so I took today to really lift and lower them with controlled accuracy, and with shrugs focus on a super-controlled negative. Numbers look smaller because of that, but damn if my muscles didn't get a workout, which is really what it's all about.

Dammit, I ****ed up lol. Since shoulder refuse to move for me I decided to put the shoulder press first. Usually my shoulder movements suffer from having chest movements first, but the same is not true vice versa. Well, turns out it is. Hardly moved at all on shoulders, and then my incline BB SERIOUSLY suffered. I added 10lbs and it felt like 50 lol. No more of that...chest movements first on A1 day from now on, always. Everything else went up in weight, so at least it's not a case of bunk test lol.

ive noticed the same thing..just split up shoulders and chest..i like to do shoulders with bis and tris
 
^Would totally do this if I wasn't trying to follow DC so strictly. If and when I adopt a new program, chest and shoulders will not appear on the same day.

Keep doing shoulders first. It seems as if you may be using them too much for inclines, especially if they suffered that bad. Your chest will see progress. After all. Who cares what you bench. Id rather look like i could move 1000 lbs with my pecs than be able to do it. Kinda. Who am i kidding id love every second of that.
