Well, I'm two weeks into probably the worst PCT ever! Diet is still good, but I think I've been to the gym twice!!! Between helping w/ an 18 month old baby, working tons of hours, flying to Atlanta to buy a Jeep & then driving it home, then prepping the yard for a patio & then after the patio is in, cleaning up the mess left behind... My god, it's nothing but excuses, but hey, it's all I've got.. I'm hoping to get back into the gym if not tomorrow, then on Thursday. When I'm not on shift, I work @ my father-in-laws shop & right now he needs me every waking minute.

Anyway, although I've been out of the gym, I've continued w/ most of my supps, w/ the exception of the pre/post workout type stuff.

Looking in the mirror, it looks as though I've lost almost all of my gains!!:rant: My shoulder/pec area still looks decent, but that "on" look is gone. Hopefully just getting back into the gym will get some of that back.

My right shoulder has been killing me! The forklift I drive for 12 hours @ work probably doesn't help either.

I've also thrown some Yohimbine/Caffeine in the mix. Figure I may as well start cutting while on PCT. Living in the south, it's getting hot out already, so I want to cut up a little more.

Now the Facts:
Libido - back & strong as ever!!
Mood - Great!
Strength - who fawking knows right now. Hopefully still there
appearance - slightly bulkier than when I began, still maintaining that vascularity.
weight - I'll get that tomorrow morning

Although I have 2 more weeks on PCT, I feel that this compound definitely shot my strength way up! All of my lifts went up. My joints in my shoulders struggled to keep up, but I managed to keep pushing. I had to be careful not to push through the pain.

Thinking back, I don't think my appetite really increased that much. My diet stayed pretty clean for the most part. I'd say 80% of my carb intake was complex. Right now, my protein intake is way too low. Water is right around a gallon or just under that. Def. gotta pick that back up.

I may run this again in the fall w/ Epistane. Curious to see how those two would do together.
