So i recently recived 2mg MGF.
After doing a fair bit of reading, theres SOO many different ways to use it.
2 questions:
Ive seen 1 hour post workout split bilaterally to allow natural MGF production to subside.
But i have also seen 5-7min post workout Bi lat as well.
1.What are your thoughts on either

2: Would 1 shot per muscle be a good idea for this, or do you beleive 2-3 smaller injections would be more suitable.

I used it bilateral 5min post workout and then again 45min after. I saw great results. I think its a lot of bro science honestly. It shouldn't matter as long as your muscles have been broken down and receptors are in a receptive state.

Try a few different ways. Stick to it for a few weeks then try another way. See how recovery goes for those muscles and stick to the best way.

No clue man. My GUESS would be around 30 days if kept refrigerated and out pf sunlight. I would assume its like other peptides as far as storage life. I used mine in under 30 days per little vial. I never noticed anything change and I just kept it in the fridge.

There are specifics out there I.just forgot. Google it and you will see em
 
I"m using PEG-MGF.
From what I read its best to take on your off days (following training) so it doesn't intefere with your bodies natural production of MGF following workouts.
