It's 50mg/ml mate. 4ml is equal to the standard 5 squirts (200mg).

Posative mate. I've had those damn spray bottles pack up on me so many times I just use an oral syringe to dose 'em now. :rant:

Each Big1 Bottle is 4 Fluid oz (US),
4 ounce [US, liquid] = 118.3ml

There are 30 "servings" in a bottle, so 118/30 = 3.93 or 4ml approx.

What else are you running in your cycle cubical? What doses? I had great results with S1+ and MOHN @24mg/day a while back, gained about 9lbs after PCT and kept all the strength!

im putting 2g of 4ad in the bottle and running that for almost 4 weeks. it comes out to be about 240mg of 1test per day and just a little 4ad. I wanted to do a 1test only cycle, but i read on the sticky 4ad should be in all cycles, cause estrogen can help. 2g aint much but its a little. any more advice would be great. oh yeah im using nolva for pct.
