I just watched the review of this product on the Fit Show on BB.com. It is an all-in-one pre- and post- workout supplement containing creatine and caffeine among other things. They gave it a 10 out of 10, which is pretty lame, because who takes caffeine post-workout? I will probably not try this product.

I'd have to disagree as I love the product. It's basically a combination of BSN's NO Xplode and Cellmass, in that you're getting NO components, energy and mental stims, and a creatine ester. The other thing you get that neither of the aforementioned products have is BCAAs. I use it pre and during my workout and get great pumps, solid, focused energy, and recover quickly. Although I agree with you that I don't take it post-workout due to the caffeine.

I work out at night so post-workout would be a definite no no, but pre-workout it has basically everything you need. I have had decent results with the samples I have used, not tremendous energy but the pumps were good and I notice the shorter recovery period. I would say it's worth a try if you can afford to pay like $40 bucks for it which is ridiculous.
