Methylene Blue

Definitely worth trying. I think it’s amazing. I’ve been using it 2 months. Started at 5mg a day for a month have since worked up to 20mg 4xweek on training days.
 
What benefits specifically do you notice?
I feel I have more energy and a better overall feeling of well being. At a higher dose like 20mg+ it has a nootropic like effect. Idk if it’s the increased oxygen or what but my recovery is better and I seem to be way more vascular throughout the day.

I only take it on training days. 4xweek. I use 10mg fasted in the morning and an additional 10mg in the afternoon around 3-4 before I take my dog for a walk. I have found that 20mg all at once dose have a nootropic like effect.
