It's one of my fav compunds currently on the market, but it's mainly for bulking, and I'm an extreme ecto, so that's why I love it. Based on your height+weight, I'm guessing those aren't your goals. Anything can work for any goal if your diet is right, however. I would run it at 3 caps for 25 days, and make sure you lift your ass off every time you hit the gym. For PCT a SERM would be your best bet, as this stuff turns into M1T in your body, but if you're against that I would suggest reversitol at 3,2,2,1.
