Methyl vs Dimethyl

I've just recently purchased some PHs and am wondering what the toxicity of a dimethyl ph vs a methyl ph/steroid is.

I've bought D1methadrol, msten, and DMZ. Why or why aren't these things as toxic as Superdrol? Are they as toxic as Dbol?

Hepatotoxicity depends not as much as the methyl but where an how the structure has been modified
