Methyl Masterdrol dosages

The bottle says to take 2-3 a day but doesn't say anything about when during the day to take them. I plan on running 2 caps per day for 3 wks, should I take one in the morning and one a certain period of time before a workout?

Also is ther any certain time to take all the support supps? (ie milk thistle, flax, saw palmetto, ect)
