My question is has anybody used Methyl Mag XT By Muscle Fortress? The normenclature is the same as a P-Mag but on numerous sites its listed as Halodrol. The normenclature is the same one on my Halotest-25 bottle. Anyways I was wondering about the dosing each pill is 37.5mg and since the sweet spot is 75 should I take them at different time of the day. The bottle says to take 2 pills at the same time everday. would it not be better to take one first thing in the morning and then take another 30 mins before workout? And yes I have used the search engine :0
