I'm sure this question is a bit redundant but I didn't find anything when I ran a quick forum search.
What supplements could a teen use a "boost" besides the staples ( protein, multi, and creatine) to help gains a little. I have no troubles gaining in the first place. But I like supplements
I was thinking of mega-dosing on an amino acid, or BCAA's (20grams a day + High protein diet) or Methoxyisoflavone taken with lipids. As I understand it testosterone boosters won't really help a teen with already high testosterone...
Any input?
