hey everyone. I am knew to this site but i found a lot of useful information about Methastadrol here. I just want to play it safe and get as much information as i can before jumping in because i know this is nothing to play around with. I have a bottle of Methastadrol by rock hard supplements that i have been holding onto for quite some time now until i was ready. So after 3 weaker formula ph's, i was thinking my next will be this given i can plan everything out right. Basically i am just going to put what i think my cycle should look like down and hope that you all will chime in and add/fine tune it. Some information about me- i am 5'9 about 190ish and 27 years old.
Now this is what i was thinking as far as my cycle:
PRE-CYCLE: 1 WEEK PRIOR TO CYCLE
-NAC & Lecithin **i heard milk thistle prevents gains on this cycle from a forum?**
(not sure on dosage)
-RYR (2 caps a day)
-Cranberry Extract ( 1 cap a day)
-AI cycle support (as recommended on tub)
INTRA-CYCLE (4 WEEK CYCLE)
-Methastadrol (10/20/20/30) OR (10/20/30/30)
-AI cycle support (as recommended on tub)
-Omega3 (4 caps split up a day)
-Taurine (2 scoops *3g* a day)
-NAC & Lecithin (not sure on brand or dosage at all)
-Hawthorne Berry (as recommended by product)
-Saw palmetto (as recommended)
POST CYCLE (4 WEEKS)(STARTING THE DAY AFTER LAST PH PILL)
-AI CYCLE SUPPORT (for the beginning week of PCT than stop)
-Clomid (50/50/25/25) or (75/50/50/25)
-DAA by primaforce (as recommended on tub)
-NAC & Lecithin (not sure if i need to still please advice)
-Hawthorne berry
-Omega3
-Saw palmetto
-Creatine ? (heard mixed reviews if i should incorporate or not)
**I will be eating about 3200 calories and 350-400 carbs. with a little over my body weight per lb in protein.
please let me know how this looks and fill in any grey areas i listed ! thank you all for your time!!
