I love that feeling of getting complimented. Makes uk your doing something right and also makes u go harder. Sometimes we don't see much difference ourselves because we always look in the mirror but when someone outside sees us they sure see the difference.

Yea man ive been working real hard. I know ill see some nice gains in the last 2 weeks. They say it takes two weeks to fully get in your system

Nice to know you guys are interested. I am not lfting today just so you know. My body is shot. Definitely need a day to relax. Can barely walk from destroying my legs lol

Lol my legs are killing me too. I did legs on Wed and it feels worst today.

Today i actually felt like i was on something lol like a steroid. I felt so big it was awesome. My arms look pumped without a pump. Cant beleive i have 18 days left man. I am so excited. Stuff is pretty awesome. You will get shut down on it so prepare for that. Sluggishness is big one. Ive been lifting super heavy so idk if its that thats hurting my joints or the supp but that could be a possible side. My legs felt like noodles today sorry if you were expecting deadlift numbers but it was out of the question

What does your forma dosage look like? That could possibly be the cause of all your joint pain... Side affect of AI's. Good log btw
 
Thanks man. Ive been dosing the forma at 4-5 pumps twice daily. Ive done research and have found out that ai's do also inhibit gains quite a bit so im sure thats why i havent been gaining rapid weight. Im looking to make solid gains regardless even if its only 5 pounds
 
Or cut it out completely and save the AI for pct.. You shouldnt have to worry about taking an AI during this short cycle, IMO.
 
I would man. but id rather just drop to an 8-12 rep range and not chance the gyno. I know my body and ill still see some nice changes at 8-12 reps with moderately heavy weights
 
The total number of sets you do per workout is inspiring! Makes me want to step my sets up... Keep killing it what joint support are you taking? Fish oil and glucosamine & chondroitin are joint staples for me.

i supersetted with pushups in a majority of the sets.

The strength is def starting to kick in. def a nice supp to be taking. so far a pretty good experience. i got two compliments last night and today. one person said every time i see you ur getting bigger and the other just poked my chest like wooow haha pretty awesome. muscles feel full all the time. tmrws arms so well see how that goes

Update. Been super busy. Yesterday slammed legs but really hurt my knee squatting. Thats the end of that. Today did back and deadlidt 235 about 6 times. Feel super strong. A really big side is sluggishness and joints. And i NEVER have joint problems. Awesome stuff tho. Ill be bridging hcgenerate for my last week into my clomid pct. cant wait to get some libido back man. Its freaking GONE. I mean none lol you get shut down from
These orals. Weight is 189.5. Put on a couple if quality pounds which is what i wanted. Still got half the cycle left so pretty happy.
 
Sucks to be shutdown especially when u have a wife at home and can't get it up lol. HcGenerate should bring u back quick.

I purposely did this now because i have no need for a libido lol i heard hcg is awesome and will help like crazy. Just a quick question. To prevent my estro rebound while on clomid should i continue my ai? (forma stanzol)

Yes continue your Ai. I myself like to go an extra two weeks on a Ai just for preventive measures. Usually I run it for 6-8weeks after cycle.

Gotcha. Need2 only has two ph left because of the ban. So not much to look for there. dieselbolan v2 is a pretty good bulker with min sides. your pct looks good.

I love ultradrol as well but it's in the ban list so not sure if u can find it. Lmao at the white stocky kid comment.

feel super strong in the gym. One thing ill tell everyone about this supp i dont like is you dont feel like yourself. Having no libido is horrid. It takes you out of the mood to do anything. just so blah its awful. I start my hcg on wed so i am really looking forward to that. Gains are nice. I feel good and full.
 
Noshirt- great log so far dude. I have a bottle of Methadrol Extreme & im going to run it after this cycle Im about to start.
Are you taking any DHEA or AD4 to help with Lethargy or help Libido?
I know methadrol Extreme has ALOT of PH in it already (SD, DMZ, LMG) but I was wondering if that would help with libido on a cycle of this stuff.
I have ran APE by AE before solo, it is a good Natty Booster but really dried my joints, almost as bad as a cycle of Mechabol.
I think DAA would also help on your PCT.

Dude my libido is gone lol i cant believe it. ive taken phs in the back. If i could change one thing. i would have taken the hcg throughout the whole thing. no im not taking any dhea or ad4. The stuff is great bro. just prepare for certain sides. i dont feel like myself on this **** in a way. Im excited for it to end cause i want to feel normal again but i love the strength feeling and fullness. Clomid is gonna be a bitch to haha
