Well I know I haven't updated in a while, but here goes. I'm on day 9 now, I'm feeling a bit of difference in strength and I've gained 3-4lbs, but that could be due to a good protein heavy diet. I haven't really experienced any side effects so far, but then again I can't really tell I'm even on the stuff yet. I'm hoping that it really kicks in soon like everyone has said that it will, till then I'll continue to train hard and wait!
