Long while back I read that insulin is more anabolic than steroids but takes a lot of close monitoring or you can die. Well I have done a little research and read Metformin has a ceiling and wont let you go into hypoglycemia but will act similar to insulin. Anyway I now have access to both of these drugs and also have a glucose meter and test strips.
Does anyone know what the optimal blood sugar level is for putting muscle on?
