I am looking for more to add to my playlist and hopefully someone can point me to some stuff I haven't yet had the pleasure of consuming.

literally made my night, currently going to listen through a few albums of darkest hour, HELL YEAH
 
I made a playlist called anabolic metal and marked it as collaborative and just added a few songs while I was sitting on the toilet ... Add away cause I think that's how it should work lol
 
You guys need to check out breakdown of sanity...every album shreds. Check out a song called read my lips....also, the ghost inside has a new album out. A quote from their song "mercy"..."life's swinging hard, but I'm swinging harder". A good motto to live by

I'm a Dying Fetus, Origin, Broken Hope kind of metal head.

But lots of bands mentioned in here are regulars on the playlist. Black Dahlia Murder, Lamb of God get my melodic groovy rocks off.

Some super ugly underground faves for anybody to check out would be:

My metal is of a different tune than most of yours, and I urge you guys to check my bands out, ill put a song to check out by them with the band name.

Have both of their entire collections. Older version of both bands preferred. But I do like how Deeds has turned toward the Technical side moreso the past 2 albums.

Breakdown of sanity! Get a feel by listening to the song "story of a stranger". If you like those bands you should love this one.

Gotcha. Yeah, I don't actually know anyone in person that likes what I like; most people I meet that like hard music like metalcore and its variations. We are rare for sure!

Not at all. Death, brutal Death, Technical death, blackened Death, melodic Death some thrash, post thrash and nu-metal are all I got. I know the thrash and power metal are close. But I need Exodus and Anthrax, not Judas Priest and Maiden.

Seems tame now though compared to some of this stuff.

There's a few songs by Maiden I like, but most of it kind of bores me, sorry to say.
