Metabolol II Substitute?

I used to really enjoy Metabolol II before Champion Nutrition went under. Anyone know of a decent substitute?

After shock is similar and even better imo. More protein (34 grams in after shock vs 18 grams in the champion product) but a little less carbs which you can consume with a piece of fruit or any carb source to add in a little extra.
