Ok so i'm stacking this product for 8 weeks along with zma.
Trib cycle will go something like this.
Weeks 1-3 -
9.am 1 tab
1.pm 1.tab
9pm 1,tab
weeks 4-8
9.am 2 tabs
1.pm 2 tabs
9.pm 2 tabs
Never used any Trib supplements in my life, need advice as the label suggest don’t exceed more than 3 tabs daily. Would increasing the dose have any negative effects or would this be a positive move..
Tryed to post up the the product details, pics etc, but havnt got enough posts to do this sorry.
