Met-Rx and SciFit

through my work we get 30% discount on these products, which are already fairly inexpensive...

are any of these brands any good? I know Met-Rx is very popular but how are there actual products...?

right now i'm using there BCAA caps, ZMA and trib...

I don't really beleive Sci Fit is that bad, but they make nothing that interests me for the moment. I got scammed by their ecdy 300, and won't buy their stuff again.

most of met-rx stuff like protein bars, powders, etc... has so much sugar in it you might as well eat a candy bar or drink a milkshake.
