before they messed with ingredients this was my favorite pre-workout of all time....but for whatever reason, supplement companies are always messing and it almost never works!!! should of left it alone, imo.
Tried it for the creatine Nitrate, Not bad but found I got better results with the CN in pill form, A second tier PWO. The Ben Rothlisberger and Phillip Rivers of PWO's. lol
