I believe with your back ground you may know better than I
I must of overlooked it.. I thought it would be my big stacks that I have coming.. So I felt like this:

Ha your not the first to ask that. I switched in the beginning of this month. We didn't make it a big thing, but yeah I switched from bps to sns, not any hard feelings against bps. When did you make the switch from BPS to SNS?
The bottle says up to 4 servings, so I think I will go with 3. 60mg of Arimistane should dry me out something good
Yeah I'm thinking of going 3 servings a day, so 9pills daily, but might go 4 servings idk.3 caps is 20 mg I believe

The ArA is kind of low dosed. And only take it on workout days so it'll last like 2-3 weeks as I only workout 3 times a week now with weights.
Yeah exactly lol.. I have my rep sns goodies coming tho, so I will have xgels on hand to continueWow looking at my bottle and instructions..... This isn't going to last long.... Doesn't it take a couple weeks for ARA to even start working
Hmmm Im in Virginia. Wonder if my postal service is slacking
Lol yeah I just saw 10% so that means 25 mg/cap..... Even at 12 caps that's only 300 mg? I think Xgels is 40% so like 100mg/ cap and saw most people take 4-6 or 4-600 actual mgs.
I was also supposed to get some Driven I believe from PMs I had..... I didn't receive that :-( Pretty disapppinted
X-gels are 250mg/cap... It's 625 mg of Arachidonic Acid Oil Blend at 40% Standardization - Yielding 250 mg of Arachidonic Acid As per label claims
So if Xgels contain 625 mg @ 40% and yield 250/cap, then this ARA is 250 @10% yielding 25mg/cap? I understand the GF is powder and less potent. Does the cap yield 250 mg? I am confused and would really like a firm understanding before I start.
250 mg @ 10% is 25 mg
So we're looking at 25mg/cap?
So 75 mg/serving, 3-4 x per day?
Yes, 1 cap would yield 25mg ArA
Lol I'm not complaining.. I was happy either way, just trying to explain that the company might of decided to low dose ArA as it isn't the only ingredient so possibly it has a synergy where it doesn't need higher dosage.
I don't get it..... Why would they do that? If people are dosing 1000-1500 mg/day why put 225-300/day? Why put it in at all? It seems misleading. I'm disappointed man. This was gonna be my first run w ARA and I was pretty excited.
That might of been going for a synergy between the supps, even though the ArA is low dosed, but how effective it will be very slim. I ordered extra ArA, so you could do the same.
It does look good on the label to have it. But it needs more ArA, slayer. Or just drop the ArA. It honestly didn't make too much sense to ut an AI together with ArA as both are going to mess with joints, especially if ArA was rightly dosed
My bad Menace didn't mean to come off putting the product down or anything like that, now that I looked back at the previous page I did sound like that and I apologize for this. I'm sure this product is fine either way with ArA at its current dosage, I still look forward to using this product I was just wanting to say it seemed low dosed, so I was going to use some extra ArA on the side.

I wasn't yelling at you in particular...just reading the thread it reminded me of a "come on man" moment.

So wait...you are now complaing about the product you got to test for free?
I was worried about the ARA, I have used products with it before and the joint pain was terrible, I may be able to use this!
I'm not trying to be disrespectful.... I'm grateful this company chose me to log for them. I am simply expressing my disappointment.
I could come to this board and give every company that gives me a logging opportunity props and rave reviews just because they sent me "free supplements". However I don't believe that's honest. I don't believe there is any character or integrity in that. I want people to know whether the product is well put together or not. I would want someone to do the same, not steer me in the wrong direction simply bc they were chosen for a log.

Yeah it's basically arimistane with agmatine and some 13C.... Not enough ARA to be effective. That's why I asked why put it in at all
I know what's in it bro, just wasn't real familiar with ARA. Like I said this was going to be my first experience with that.
There have been studies showing effects of low dosed ArA as low as 60 or 80mg ArA.... On my phone so I'll see if I can find them
It may have been a mis-understanding when sourcing raws (a similar event happened when SNS released their X-gel product years ago)
Joint issues with either don't seem to be as apparent as everyone likes to make it out to be.. I've ran ArA as high as 2000mg (while also consuming 4 additional eggs a day, which I believe yields 320mg ArA + whatever other sources from meat) and never experienced joint issues. I've also dosed arim as high as 100mg (which isn't crazy high) for 6 weeks and nada...
I think the joint side effect gets laid down a lot not because it is a super common side effect, but rather one of the only possible sides with each ingredient, and members see more well known guys warn of it, so they decide to parrot it around as gospel like ArA or arim is bound to ****ing destroy joints lol
.02... Not ranting at you, just my opinion on the matter
Well, AFTER your review, that point will be valid...but you haven't even started yet and you are disappointed about the formulation. If you don't like it, send it back then.
You might not be trying to, but it is rather rude for you to state your disappointment based on the formulation of a product you never tried...especially in their promo thread.
