Menace Nutrition....Driven by Wmihm

The food could have played a factor in it but I eat plenty of food 99% of the time so it would be safe to say that DRIVEN played a good factor. It does kick in quick for me I typically drink it as I am walking out the door so by the time I get to the gym / warmed up its ready to do work!! But below will be a good progression update.

As of now I am taking 1.5 scoops with 8 to 10oz of water. The flavor (fruit punch) is a little more potent in a good way (due to personal dosing). There is not any bad after tastes at all even with the slightly elevated dosage which is good because with many other pwo's if you take a little more or less it can change the taste completely. This stays consistent with the mixability. The drink is still very smooth as there are NO clumps or grainy sand feeling. Even after slamming it down there is virtually nothing left in the shaker bottle which is great because I know a lot of people get frustrated when a pwo does not have that quality and making you have to drink another 10 to 12oz of water to get the rest of the dose. As I have posted before when DRIVEN kicks in you will notice because your energy will be unexplainable and you will NOT want to leave the gym. The problem I had personally was getting enough to have that feeling but after some testing I found my sweet spot and I am sure glad I did. The pump is at the same level as the energy and you will not be disappointed!! Lastly is coming down/after effects. For me I am taking DRIVEN between 430 -500 (weekdays) and I am noticing energy well into the evening. I have not had any hard crashes as of now and it will slowly wear off with no problems at night going to sleep.

Well I hope the update will give anyone some insight as to where I am standing with DRIVEN in comparison to where they personally stand. I am happy to be running this product and even happier with how my workouts have been while taking it. Well boys its time to go get some DRIVEN and hit the gym!!

Today was chest day for me and It was not my best workout, I took my normal 1.5 scoops around 430 and hit the gym about 10 min after and I don't know what happened but I was not feeling the energy today for some reason. I am hoping that tomorrow this will change and that energy will be back because I was not a happy camper with no energy!!

Did you eat preceding your workout? Or perhaps you need to give her a good shaking
 
Hope todays workout is better than yesterdays!

Well i went today for bis and tris and it was not a bad workout energy was alright but not threw the roof. Pump was about the same level as energy. Overall it was not as bad as yesterday but not my best I'm not sure what is going on anybody have any ideas?? I have been eating good and sleeping good so i don't understand :(
 
I would take two days off from the gym, eat a little extra (but still clean) and come back swinging !!
 
Well all i took the advise of the reps and took yesterday and today off to help body recover from whatever it was being pissy about. I will be back on track tomorrow and ready to kill it!! I did a count today and with how my personal dosing is setup i have about 10 more workouts with driven and i hope each one is amazing. I will be back tomorrow with the official results.

Well the results are in.......

My workout today was KILLER! Those couple days of rest really did the trick. I had great energy and focus and even got the infamous tingly feeling that I love. The best part about my workout today was the DRIVEN drove me to a new PR!

Incline Dumbell Press:

New PR........... 90 x 3

Thanks man I am honestly an eating machine! A typical day is between 6000 to 8000 calories haha. Both pics were of my first plate because this log would be nothing but pictures if I posted every plate :) and there was about 7 eggs (with hot sauce), Mandarin Oranges, Potatoes with Pico De Gallo, Everything bagel with cream cheese!! But all the food aside I hit the gym hard this morning and well you guessed it yet another PR!!

Old PR.........87 x 6
New PR.....107 x 3

Rocket3015 why not let every one else in what your eating I mean your putting the log up with everything else why not keep it interesting with some food!!
slayer01994 yea I eat all day and even after my "big" meals about an hour later i'm back in the fridge looking for more!!!

you must have a really high metabolism! You still pretty lean?

I am not as lean as I was at the start of bulk season. Yea that's what all the guys at work say that wait till you get older you wont be eating like that anymore!!

Starting BF%.................14.1% vs. Current BF%............13.1%

I feeel you man... It's a gift and a curse, having to eat that much can get pretty rough at times

That's a fact!! Todays workout was another good day in the gym. Everything went as I had expected and had great energy and focus. Even had enough energy to rock threw some killer ab workouts.
 
Hanging scissor kicks for about 20 sec
Hanging leg raises @ 6 - 8
Side rope pull down 10 each side @ 65 lbs

It does not seem like a lot but its pretty rough after a long workout. Also here is a pic of dinner i know its not healthy at all but sometimes just have to do it :)
