You oughtta quit shyttin' on yourself with the amount of progress you have made. At one point you didn't really have any vascularity and now it's visible from your shoulder through your bicep. Only be demeaning if you aren't doing what you are supposed to be doing. Feel good about the work you have put in and keep driving. Hell, look at old pictures if you want perspective of where you are at and how far you've come. Don't demean when you are doing work

I agree 100%, Problem is I do the same thing. I think that is what keeps us pushing. cant sound satisfied.

Studhorse ryane87 and thebigt I appreciate it guys. Really. I know Ive made progress, but looking at the new pictures I just didnt see what I was hoping to see. Not in any way am I throwing it on the Thermogenesis, I was just hoping to be further along by now. But ryane87 youre correct, I went back and looked at my pictures when I first started on AM, and there's definitely something to be proud of...I just want more so Im going to have to push harder. Took 2 Thermogenesis this morning around 0600, an hour before I got off a never ending night on the meat wagon. Felt crazy ready for the gym by 0800, dropped me some non stim PWO and rolled in like 80's Mike Tyson. Here is the session...until I started getting a nagging elbow pain.

No fever this morning YAH! just cant breath through my nose and still coughing up yellow crap.
Not going to let this slow me down.

Dr. gave me a script for some antibiotics. Dont like taking them, My Dad took so many when he got really sick nothing seemed to work.
Already getting better and I slept through the night!
 
I blew through it man, like nothing. Then I got home and my body was like "Bruh, your running on 3.5 hours of sleep since 0600 YESTERDAY and now I feel shut down!!

the hard part is over. now all you got to do is feed that bad a ss workout!
 
All together a few months, but 100% serious and tough on myself about 1

Hell yeah... sounds like you got some great momentum going!!! Taking breaks from cutting seems to help me get over weight loss plateaus... it's always harder to get back on the diet though lol
