That is very interesting indeed. I am not sure what the dosage would be like though, in order for it to be viable as a SERM. Seems like you would have to take quite a bit of it in order to achieve the same results.

I agree. Currently I am taking 1mg at H.S. if I go any higher than this it results in lethargy in the A.M.

I'm not sure the dose required for Melatonin to act as a SERM, but the dose for breast cancer treatment, in conjunction with tamox, is between 20-40mg a day.
