Has anyone tried this? I'm off cycle and need something to curb hunger without stims. I was considering using this anyway to help my skin tan better. Nausea is one of the sides and I remembered reading here that it's a very common one.
there's better ways to crush appetite imo. I think plain coffee/espresso might be one of the best choices. next up id probably try cortisol stuff like Invictus. also if you are eating a bunch of carbs/sugar and wondering why you are so hungry, it's because of the carbs/sugar. whole eggs with the yolk included are a great way to shut down hunger
I'm taking 1,000mg of Metformin per day and limiting my fat intake. I don't eat any refined sugar, but carbs are fairly high. Mostly oatmeal and white rice. I always limit fat so that I can increase the volume of food I'm taking in.

Check out puffed kamut. Sold at Whole Foods or Amazon. Insane volume for the cals. I can eat 60g of it for breakfast with a protein shake as the milk, and it fills up about 2 large bowls. Alot more filling than oats and rice, kinda tastes like Honey Nut Cheerios.
I also like pushing my carbs to later in the day and going heavy protein in the AM when my carb cravings get bad.
And EC stack destroys appetite for like 2 months after starting it.
Not a good answer to your OG post, but I was also looking into MT2 and was dissuaded away from it for the negative sides above, so had to find alternatives
