three or 4 ph's lumped together right?

Everything i have ever seen about it is to stay really far away from it. More dangerous than the alpine slide at (tr)Action Park
 
That's generally what I've seen. People will try to sell anything. Recommendations? Tried Monster by Element Nutrition, and I like it, but I want to step it up a notch, but don't really want a liver transplant. Thanks
