After running a bottle of megalax I noticed a few great results:
*Reduced Doms
*Increases Strength
*Slight reduction in body fat.
** Better feeling joints
I enjoyed the joint health function the most. After being off the product I noticed a but more knee pain. So I know it works. After trying 2 NI products, I have no doubt that they are putting quality ingredients in their products!
